Center Background

The Germany-based investment company EcoEden Water GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 2010 by the Phoenix Social Franchising GmbH and various investors in Luneburg, Germany. The parent company Phoenix Social Franchising GmbH has a share capital of € 494.307,13 - the share capital of EcoEden Water GmbH & Co. KG is also per last balance sheet date € 1.075.000,00 and there are no debts to third parties.

The EcoEden Water GmbH & Co. KG is a member of the group Angels Association Global, which since 1979 operatively and ever since worked in more than twenty countries in the development, financing and operation of projects and companies. The object of the EcoEden Water GmbH & Co. KG is to realize the large-scale project "MicroNation EcoEden" for the group of companies. These include various sub-projects such as the cultivation of energy plants in Germany and Poland, the production of cogeneration plants in Germany, the education and training in different fields of knowledge and investment in agriculture. These sub-projects are implemented by subsidiaries, investments and contractual arrangements and always carried out with partner companies from various industries.

Against this background, the EcoEden Water GmbH & Co. KG has been commissioned to give rise to a so-called research- and educational-center that combines the economic activities "tourism", "research" and "education" together. This research- and educational-center to be built on a vast site, which should be by then largely unused, should not be near big cities and should be composed of three different types of terrain. These three different types of terrain will include a valley, forest and lakes respective rivers.
